OKC Thunder/ Dallas Mavs Game 2 Statistics Activity
After watching my beloved OKC Thunder smoke past the Dallas Mavs in game 2 of the postseason games, I decided to make a little activity. I made it so that you could use it whether you are a Dallas fan or an OKC fan. This activity includes a page that I included the statistics for the starters on each team. The actual activity has students write the Field goals made/ attempted (FGM/FGM), the 3 points made and attempted (3PM/ 3PA), and the free throws made and attempted (FTM/FTA) as a fraction, decimal, and as a percentage. A second page has students list the best to worst scorers in each of those categories. I haven’t used this in my class yet, but am planning to next week after we finish our “Time Me” activity this week.
My students are absolutely loving the “Time Me” activity. This weekend I will publish a post with pictures of them enjoying themselves. Look back in the archives for that post to download the freebie! It is a must for end-of-the-year activities!
